Cancellation Policy

At Minds Healer, we aim to provide professional, timely and reliable mental health support to all our clients across India and abroad. This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy outlines the terms for rescheduling and cancelling of counselling sessions.

  1. Session Booking & Payment

All services must be booked and paid in advance to confirm the appointment.

Payments for Indian clients are processed in INR; international clients are processed in USD/AED/GBP (as applicable).

  1. Session Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel their session under the following conditions:

  1. a) Cancellation with 24-hour Notice

If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled session,

➤ You may choose to reschedule once at no extra charge.

  1. b) Cancellation with Less Than 24-hour Notice

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be rescheduled once by paying a 50% rebooking fee.

  1. No-Show Policy

If a client does not attend the session and does not inform the therapist at least 1 hour before, it will be considered a No-Show.

Sessions are charged in this scenario.

A new session must be booked to continue therapy.

  1. Late Arrival

If a client joins late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

If the therapist is late due to unforeseen circumstances, the full session time will be honoured or rescheduled.

  1. Therapist Cancellation

In rare cases where the therapist cancels due to an emergency or technical issue:

You will be offered a free reschedule.

  1. Technical Issues
  2. a) On Client’s Side (internet/power problems)

If you face technical difficulties, please notify us within the session time. The session can then be changed to another mode of communication (Audio/Chat) as per mutual convenience.

Repeated technical issues may require rebooking with full payment.

  1. b) On Therapist’s Side

The session will be rescheduled at no cost.

  1. Package / Subscription Policy

For clients who purchase multi-session plans:

  1. a) The package/ subscription policy should be thoroughly discussed with the therapist before making any purchase to avoid any discrepancies.
  1. b) Validity:

Packages are valid for 45 days from the date of purchase.

  1. Special International Compliance Note

For clients residing outside India:

The policy complies with general international online service norms.

Country-specific consumer protection laws may apply, and we will comply wherever legally required.

All disputes will be governed by Indian jurisdiction unless mandated otherwise by local law.
